Terms of this service are subject to RoadTel policies and its carriers' tariffs.
There is $1.99 monthly fee only when usage, and one-time $2.99 setup fee. A major credit card is required to secure the account, but you will be directly billed once a month. Your Visa, M/C or AMEX will be charged automatically if payment is not received within 30 days of a bill. The FCC has imposed a $0.30 surcharge for any call which originates from a payphone.
